At SOUNDS OF THE NEW BERLIN, we take pride in offering unique, custom-printed merchandise. As each item is made-to-order, we ask our customers to carefully review their choices before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide photographic evidence. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

Non-returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
